
Rocket Farm Restaurants (RFR) was founded out of a love for hospitality. What began in 2007 with JCT Kitchen & Bar in Atlanta has grown to more than 27 restaurants and nearly 1,800 team members. From the start, our core philosophy has been simple: we serve the person who is serving the guest.
We believe genuine hospitality only happens when our employees are supported, valued, and cared for. Our growth has only been possible through supporting and creating new space for talented team members to grow their careers with us and beyond. Nothing makes us happier than seeing someone with a passion for hospitality turn it into a long-term career.
